Following the completion of our first AI Factory workshop, this second workshop focused on advancing leadership from AI awareness to structured adoption, governance, and execution within a complex aviation environment.

The session engaged senior leadership in a strategic dialogue centered on:

🔹 High-impact AI use cases across operations, customer experience, and profitability

🔹 A clear 18-Month AI Roadmap embedding AI into daily decisions with measurable KPIs

🔹 How leadership can move from pilots to scalable, value-driven AI adoption

The workshop was led by H.E. Majd Shweikeh, with valuable contributions from Ahmed Abdelnabi and the Masharek Advisory team Sana' Darwish, and Haneen Shehab.
