Masharek - is a Boutique Consultancy Firm established in 2012 by former Minister Majd Shweikeh. Recognizing a void in effective systems for fostering growth and sustainability among promising organizations in the region, our founder, Majd Shweikeh, resolved to introduce best practices and tools to facilitate the development and prosperity of both organizations and individuals. Thus, Masharek was conceived.
Through a collaborative partnership with 360 Solutions US, Masharek has successfully crafted customized development programs aimed at enhancing the performance and outcomes of leaders and organizations.
In addition to these programs, we extend one-on-one holistic coaching to high-performing individuals and provide consultancy services across various sectors.
